Bill promised a customized strategy tailored to my business, but it quickly became clear that they were offering a one-size-fits-all solution. The lack of attention to detail was glaring—simple requests were either overlooked or completely misinterpreted, leading to frustrating delays and unnecessary back-and-forth.

The project management was chaotic, with missed deadlines and poor coordination among their team. When I raised concerns, Bill responded defensively rather than offering constructive solutions. To top it off, the final deliverables were far below the quality I expected, especially given the premium price they charged. I ultimately had to hire another agency to fix the mistakes that Bill and THAT Agency made.
