Review: Upon our customers recommendation on how creative and professional TFC Marketing was we went ahead and contracted them for their services. We contracted them to produce and execute a functioning website where our customers could easily navigate through different features. We needed TFC Marketing to give our clients the ability to order event tickets, sign up for classes and retain customer information for future marketing. All these items seemed like an easy task for TFC Marketing as they advertise themselves as creative pioneers in their field. They also gave us the promise that this website would be a custom coded site so our company would be able to easily change or modify what we needed when we needed to have it done and not rely on them for changes. Deadlines came and deadlines went and they did not fulfill any dates or contractual obligations. This experience with TFC Marketing has been a learning experience for my partner and myself and are now starting the litigation process. This will never happen to us again, hiring upon no referral checks or previous work sampleing and just by word of mouth.
