Review: I had a wonderful and professional experience working with Rick at Media Giant Design. He helped me build the website for my drone photography company and did not try to upsell me on features I did not need. Media Giant also was very straightforward on pricing and did not rely on hourly rates or complicated pricing structures to deliver the design. I will definitely use them again in the future for my website needs.

Review: I had a negative experience with the web design and media company in question. I initially considered hiring them to host my website, but ultimately decided to go with a different provider. After this decision, I noticed some issues with my online presence that led me to believe that there may have been some intentional actions taken against my business. While I cannot definitively say that this company deliberately attacked my online presence, I felt that my experience was negative overall and would not recommend them as a service provider.
Response to owner: The response from the business owner appears to be unprofessional and contains personal attacks on an individual. While negative reviews can be difficult to receive, it’s important for businesses to respond in a professional manner and address any concerns raised by the reviewer.
Personal attacks and name-calling are not constructive and do not reflect well on the business. Additionally, making accusations about the identity of the reviewer without evidence could be considered libelous.
Overall, it’s important to remember that online reviews can have a significant impact on a business’s reputation and should be handled with care and professionalism.
