Review: Disappointing SEO and Social Media service – They do not deliver as promised

Review: I hired the services of represented by Eric Almy with the expectation of improving the positioning of my business in search engines, based on its promises of results and personalized strategies. However, after 7 months of work, I did not see significant improvements or a clear strategy on their part, in addition to the inability to propose new strategic actions for my brand.

From the beginning, communication was poor and lacking clarity, the reports delivered were not very detailed and the actions taken seemed generic in relation to the reports, without adapting to the needs of my business. Furthermore, when I tried to request explanations or adjustments, the responses were evasive and the support was practically non-existent, even referring to me personally.

I invested time and money trusting in their professionalism, but the experience has been frustrating. I do not recommend this agency to those looking for a serious and effective SEO service or social media.

I do not recommend choosing this company as an option because what was promised was never fulfilled.
